today i did sets of pushups, curls and squats also 1 minute front and side planks. I was limited to this because of family and relatives and because on Friday i was working most of the day.
Day One I did a 2:14 split for 20 minutes (4600m) on the erg focusing on slide control. I also did 200m sprint things and got 10 in 15 mins.
Day Two I did a 4 mile run in around 35 minutes. I did not do bur-pees because my knee was hurting but I did do a core workout (situps, planks etc).
