HOW TO Reach Your Goals:
Step 1. FREE Consultation/Intro Workout.
Congratulations! You have decided that you are ready to get into the best shape of your life and row faster. Now it’s time to book your Consultation/Intro Workout.
Coach Pat will contact you and schedule an appointment. This consultation is 60 minutes in duration and you can do it alone or bring a friend with you. During this intro we will introduce the Renegade Rowing methodology and evaluate your current level of fitness. Additionally we will introduce you to our application of Rowing and Functional Movement Training.
Step 2. Personal Training
After your Consultation, you will then enroll into our Elements Program. This program is designed to instill competency in the numerous functional movements utilized in Renegade Rowing training and ensure you are fit enough to safely join the group classes.
The Elements Program consists of 10-20 sessions conducted with Coach Pat and at times an apprentice. You will become familiar with a wide variety of movements including olympic weightlifting, rowing, gymnastics, and kettle bells. During these sessions we will also teach you the importance of proper nutrition, mobility, and injury prevention.
We believe that this step is invaluable to your long-term success in health and fitness. Beginning your journey at Renegade Rowing with personal training will serve 3 purposes:
- It will give you individual attention with movements that are technical and require time and practice. Imagine if you decided to become a gymnast. Upon showing up the first day you wouldn’t be expected to step in and perform a floor routine that included back flips and aerial twists, right? No, you would need to go through a series of progressions to get to that point. Well, we are not going to throw you into a class performing barbell snatches and handstand push-ups. We want to give you the confidence and tools to excel with all of the movements.
- It’s all about you! When you are first starting out, it is important that we learn if you have any limitations, weaknesses, or injuries. With personal training you can move at your own pace and set the table for long-term success.
- We are a community. During the personal training sessions we will have the opportunity to get to know YOU. Your goals, your ambitions, your obstacles and challenges. This will allow us to better serve you and help you achieve your mission.
Cost:
1 on 1 Personal Training – 10 sessions – $850
2 on 1 Personal Training – 10 sessions – $600 per person
At the end of the 10 sessions we will evaluate your progress and Coach Pat will make the decision as to your readiness to join group classes. The re-evaluation is based on proven benchmarks. If you are not ready to graduate to group classes you and Coach Pat will discuss how many additional sessions will be needed.
Step 3. Group Classes
Once you have demonstrated competency in all of the functional movements and have reached our graduation requirements, you then may move on to our group classes.
In our group classes the focus will be on training to the margins and increasing your work capacity. The pace will be fast but you will be prepared after completing your Elements Program. In your class you will be surrounded by other like-minded individuals that are seeking the most effective training in the world. Our Coaches are World Class and they will lead you to a level of fitness greater than you can imagine!
4. Refresher Sessions/Private Sessions (1 on 1)
Part of Renegade Rowing is constantly looking to improve. Movement, eating, sleeping, mobility, the list is endless. Every 2 months you will be required to meet with your coach to work on your weaknesses or a technical movement you need extra coaching on.
5. Specialty Programs
At Renegade Rowing we offer specialty programs to help you continue to improve. These programs are designed and focused on Rowing. They include:
